Encoding and Decoding a Message

Encoding is to think of what your going to say as a speaker or to a speaker. An example is listening to a speech and thinking about what your feedback is going to be. A personal experience for encoding is my friend had a speech in spanish and I had to do encoding to see what I was going to say about his speech. Decoding a message is interpreting what the speaker was saying. An experience I have had with decoding is listening to a speech in communications class and trying to think of what the speaker meant.             Heathmont Venturers decoding the message
